Research and Marketing in Uganda

how biased are researchers in Uganda aligned to governments in power
than producing the truth on the ground. History has it that never has
at any one time, research produced in Uganda been correct unless it
been produced to the interest of the client. having workied as a
policy, research and strategy in IPC. I felt there was somethong a
miss. reason being that, there was to be customer satisfaction and yet
something some how on the ground was wrong, something needed to be
done and unless otherwise, the elctions where to be a fraud, which
indeed was.

How far, true is it that Obamas' mission to track kony in Central
African is based in Uganda ideologically true. Could it be that the
unearthing of African dictators is on the verge of incenption or its
